| HAPPY WEEKEND!!!!!!!
I'm so glad it's Friiiiiiiday!! Last night, after our tennis match (which by the way was so much fun with just us girls!) we went to SATCO for dinner, then Merett took me to the baseball fields by Sports Com and guess who shows up to see me? Josh! It was really sweet, and we talked for a while til he had to get home. Then today at school, we got our yearbooks, then tonight I just relaxed and took it easy. Tomorrow we're hopefully going to Volleyball Mania for a while, and it's Reiko's party, and then Josh and I (and maybe Hannah and Harry) are gonna go do something. Sunday is our last chorus performance at Milton. I'm ready to have my Sunday nights at Kingwood back!! I hope everyone has a great week.
Jesse, Merett, and Lauren: "Shake it like a salt shaker!" bring out the microphones, AKA lotion bottles! I had so much fun with you guys on the way home last night, I love you guys!
I'm tired of these pointless entries talking about my life...so if anyone can think of something interesting and worthwhile for me to talk about, I will, so just tell me.
LOVE YOU ALL! | | |
| awesome, awesome weekend! David Skidmore is an amazing speaker, he did a great job. Even though there weren't near as many people as usual, I got to know a lot of people better, and I'm thankful for that! I hope I can build even more relationships over the summer and next year, before I graduate. I feel bad because there were several people I wanted to talk to this weekend, and one particular conversation I really wanted to have, but when you're caught up in the moment, you forget so many things. I feel terrible, but hopefully this summer will make up for that. All in all though, it was a great weekend. I really got to think about a lot of stuff I needed to hear, and the singing/prayer time Saturday night was awesome. I haven't been this happy in a long time.

| well, weeks of anticipation and jr/sr banquet is over! Everyone looked SOOOO beautiful, hopefully I'll get pictures up here soon. At first, it was kinda boring and I felt bad cause josh didnt really know that many people, but once we got in the limo, it was sooo fun, especially since Charles (our driver) was the coolest! we had so much fun."I dont know, where do YOU wanna go, Charles?" "I was kinda feeling the moon." "To the moon, Charles!" hahaha. and when zach and josh were dancing to the rap music (if you could call it dancing), and when zach barked like a dog out the window...ahh good times. we stayed in the limo for a while, so we were an hour late to the bowling alley, then we left Skatecenter West early too, and got to breakfast late cause we were rebels at Wal-Mart! haha so many memories.I'm really glad Jill got to go! I really wish Kayla had gotten to be in a limo with us too (we missed you!). The way home with Josh wasn't bad either, in fact it was wonderful . I am ready for the retreat now! I'm glad we have a lot of visitors going, we need that. I really like the new youth room too, we needed that also! I hope everyone has a great week, and remember that someone is looking up to you, be a good example. I LOVE YOU! | | |
| Last week was great. after taking the ACT (ick) saturday at oakland, Collin, Lindsay and I flew to Phoeniz, AZ. Through the week, we went to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego, LA (& Beverly Hills & Hollywood!) and Tijuana, Mexico (we flew out from LA the next saturday). We were sooo busy but it was awesome. my favorite was probably Vegas and Beverly Hills, even though I got some cool stuff in Mexico, just the dirt and poverty that they live in made it hard to enjoy. oh yeah, I did enjoy having this somewhat attractive fella help me put my hand in wet cement at the Chinese theater (we bought one of those things where you get your handprint and sign your name like the celebrities do.) uughguhguhg I have SO much makeup work, it is making me sick. Try memorizing like 100 parts of a frog in 1 NIGHT!! yeah im telling you, its craaazy.
BANQUET IS FRIDAY!! yessir I am so excited. I get my nails done wednesday & hopefully going jewelry shopping with Linsey to get some bling. Josh picks me up sometime around 3 probably, then we have to go to either my house or his for pictures, then we're off! I'm sick of my dress now but hopefully it wont be that bad the day of.
if you havent noticed, the only reason im writing on here is because im procrastinating about my 4 hours of homework left to do, at 10:30 at night...great...but I guess I'm fresh out of interesting things to say so I will leave you with a quote: "Live your life in such a way that if all your talents were taken away, you'd still be you!" and one more... "save the horses, ride a cowboy!"
